What a surprise to get your letter and your check in yesterday's mail. That was so unnecessary. I thought nothing of paying the extra postage of 74 cents to return the defective slippers and I certainly did not want you to reimburse me for it. To write a check for such a small amount was more trouble than it was worth. Also, THANK YOU for the coupon to use on my next order. That was just so kind of you.
I have to tell you that your personal attention, kindness and consideration for your customers are a most welcomed change from the way the "big boys" all do business these days ... all computerized, impersonal and looking to make a quick buck. My Dad is retired and spends about three days a week golfing. Over Thanksgiving he was bragging to us that on cold winter days, he no longer had to struggle to take his gloves off, everytime its his turn...he had started wearing kitchen oven mitts to keep his hands warm in between holes on the golf course. He said that his buddies had to take extra time to take their gloves on and off, but he could just pull his hands out of the oven mitts and he was ready.... What a site that must be. An old white haired man driving a golf cart with Oven mitts on his hands. My only hope is that the oven mitts were at least a solid color and not ones with pictures on them.
I was so pleased, when I went online and typed in "Adult Mittens" and got your website. I think that my Dad will look so good with the mittens on to keep his hands warm and like the oven mitts, they'll be easy to get on and off.

The mittens arrived today and they are perfect.
I was glad that I had sent my hand measurements. I had ordered a size medium and you determined that I needed a size small. You were right!
The last pair of sheepskin mittens that I own were purchased more than thirty years ago. While worn, they are still going strong.
When I decided to purchase a new pair, I googled a number of sites. All things being equal, I chose to give my business to a company in Maine. (I have a summer cottage in Nothport and like to support Maine business whenever possible.)
You have not disappointed me. You provided good service and a nice product.

My wife absolutely loves your mittens. She has several pairs of other ones, but always goes for the sheepskin ones first, because they are the warmest most comfortable pair (casual adult). I have a pair of your sheepskin mittens as well (deluxe adult) and must agree. They have seen -5F and my hands were still warm and comfortable. Impressive, and natural.

I want you to know I love, just love the seat covers. I was taken by surprise when they arrived so soon. Once I opened the "stuffed" box and looked at the color, I am happy I changed my mind from silver to charcoal gray, a much better color.
They are in, they are in correctly and look beautiful. I believe in my group of friends I am the only female who did this with a car and now everyone wants the same. One condition, they have to order and install the covers themselves.

Thank you for the super sheepskin seat covers. When the box arrived I could not believe how heavy it was with only 2 seat covers inside. I was more surprised when I opened it and saw these great, heavy sheepskins. The instructions were right on and took no time to install them. In September 2008, we made a Custom Motorcycle Seat Cover for Bob D. from Virginia's 2008 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic.

Don H. from Oklahoma had us make a Custom Motorcycle Seat Cover and Backrest Covers for his 2008 Honda Goldwing in September 2008. There was a mix up and the color of one of the backrest covers did not match the rest of the set. We took care of the problem at our expense and here is what Don had to say.

In August 2009 we made a Custom Motorcycle Seat Cover and Passenger Backrest Cover for Kyle W. from Idaho. Kyle customized his 2007 Honda Goldwing 1800 seat, redoing it to his specifications.
The seat cover was made to fit his customized seat exactly perfect!
